White Rock Capital
a high-yield real estate investment site... in a single page

problem
White Rock Capital needed a web presence that could do a lot with a little. They wanted a single page that could educate potential investors on their offering, showcase their partnerships and expertise, and drive subscriptions, all while standing out in a crowded investment landscape.
solution
I designed a one-page site that strikes a balance between depth and digestibility. The page is visually striking, using strong brand elements and a clean layout to differentiate White Rock Capital from the typical investment firm. But it also provides detailed information about the fund's goals, the team's experience, and the process. It's a comprehensive resource that's still engaging to read.
Designing a one-page site is always a challenge in information architecture. You have to prioritize ruthlessly. For White Rock Capital, that meant leading with the numbers: the 12-15% target return is the hook. From there, we needed to build credibility and trust.
The partnership story is key. Sasquatch Development and Vollkommen Construction bring decades of Arizona real estate experience to the table. Highlighting their track record and expertise helps investors feel confident in the team behind the fund.
Visually, the design needed to stand out without sacrificing professionalism. I used strong, high-contrast design and brand elements to grab attention and create a sense of stability and permanence. The layout is clean and scannable, with clear hierarchy to guide investors through the information.
The result is a one-page site that punches above its weight. It provides all the information an investor needs to make a decision, while still being an engaging, visually striking piece of design.
