Human hiring meets AI to create a solution to an industry-wide recruiting challenge

problem
ClubReq had a genuinely new idea: an on-demand marketplace connecting subject-matter experts with employers for first-round interview screens. But a new category is a hard sell. The brand had to make an unfamiliar model feel instantly trustworthy to three different audiences at once: interviewers, candidates, and employers.
solution
I directed the brand refresh and designed the full product: the web/mobile app and the marketing site. The work started with user personas and user flows for each of the three audiences... what an interviewer needs from the platform is different from what a candidate or employer needs, and the flows had to account for all three without the product feeling like three products. From there, the design's job was making a brand-new model feel simple: clear paths for each audience using plain language and familiar mechanics.
The Brand
A refresh, not a teardown. The identity needed to feel credible to HR buyers without going full corporate... recruiting is a people business, and the brand had to keep some warmth while still communicating innovation. Updated color, type, and a visual language consistent enough to hold up across a marketing site, a web app, and three different audiences reading the same screens.
The App
Three user types, one platform, and each needs a different path through it. I designed the flows around familiarity: an interviewer browses requests and selects interviews like a gig platform, an employer posts and reviews like a job board. New category, but without new behaviors to learn.
The Marketing Site
The site had two jobs: make the model make sense before at first glance and build brand recognition and trust. Large product screenshots to visualize, plain-language explanation of how it works, and the brand doing trust-building the whole way down.
